Jordan Rucci

Jordan Rucci is a second year PhD Student and a Graduate Instructor in the WRD Program. She received her BA in English from Kenyon College (2016), and an MA in English from George Washington University (2019). Prior to teaching in the WRD program at UK, she spent four years teaching Introductory College Composition at Columbus State Community College in Columbus, Ohio. 

Jordan is interested in gender and the construction of national identity in American literature of the late-19th and early-20th centuries. She is also interested in Contemporary Pop Culture and Fiction. 

In her free time, she enjoys knitting, cooking, and spending time with her black cat, Yennefer.
