PhD in Victorian Literature. My dissertation explores aging in Victorian women in culture and fiction. Specifically, I look at how aging is a cultural and biological experience for women.
I'm also an experienced teacher in Literature, Rhetoric, and Film. My courses have a digital humanities focus by asking my students to compose and communicate with multimodal projects.
Post graduation in May of 2018, I joined CELT, UK's Center for the Enhancement of Learning and Teaching. I use my experience in teaching and research to advise faculty on best teaching practices and continue to teach here at UK.
