Dawson Jacobs is a first-year MFA candidate in fiction writing, and a Graduate Teaching Assistant in the College of Arts and Sciences. A native of east Tennessee, he graduated from Milligan University with a B.A. in English and Photography. While there, he served as the editor of The Phoenix, Milligan's literary magazine. He has a love for fiction, film, photography, critical theory, and much more, all of which inspire his writing.
