
Anthony Chibueze Ukwuoma
MFA Candidate
Anthony Chibueze Ukwuoma (he/him) is a first year MFA candidate in Creative Nonfiction and a Graduate Teaching Assistant in the College of Arts and Sciences. He was raised in Orlu, Nigeria. His writing draws from communal memory and explores the nuances that characterize rural lives and cultures. He is particularly interested in how people choose to remember their past, and how that ultimately shapes their humanity and destiny. His work has appeared in Lolwe, The Shallow Tales Review, World Literature Today and elsewhere.
