David Schwartz is a second-year English PhD Candidate at UKY, and an instructor of record for the Writing, Rhetoric, and Digital Studies department. His research interests include ecocritical and environmental literature, postmodernism, film studies, and genre studies. His period and region of focus is 20th to 21st Century U.S. literature, although his work often extends to a broader global literary community. Outside of work, David enjoys hiking, digital media, and spending time with his wife and son.
