TAMARA COFFEY, the Individual Artist Program Director at the Kentucky Arts Council, will speak about the Council's fellowship program, which offers support grants for individual artists, musicians and writers.

Please note that there are two types of awards, the Al Smith Fellowship ($5,000) and an emerging artist award ($1,000). The writing award only comes up every other year, and 2018 is a literary year.
