We celebrated the first anniversary of the 800 Acorns planting by Kentucky Writers and Artists for Reforestation. There was paintings by John Lackey, photography by Morris Grubbs, a short film by Sean Anderson, and a short program of music and poetry. A beautiful broadside of a Mary Ann Taylor-Hall poem was given to attendees as keepsakes.
