Mel Adún is an African Brazilian writer and activist engaged with race and gender issues. Graduated in Mass media/Journalism and have a Master Degree in Black Literature from the Federal University of Bahia. She is the co-founder of the Ogum’s Publishing House, that have been publishing African Brazilians writers since 2015. She has been part of over 15 anthologies (poetry and short stories) and have two children books published.
